Charlotte Webb has a Masters of Heritage Conservation (University of Sydney). Her work includes many and varied interesting heritage projects, including renovations, extensions and restoration of buildings and mitigating associated impacts on the curtilage to these valuable properties.
Services offered by Charlotte Webb include:
: Evaluation of a heritage property and advice on potential heritage impact, particularly related to changes to the property.
: Heritage impact reports or Statements of Heritage Impact for proposed works, demolitions or extensions, suitable for submission to Council across NSW. As the heritage guidelines are statewide it does not matter where the heritage project is located. Individual Councils impose local restrictions on development in accordance with their LEP, all of which can be addressed through our reports and representation to local Councils.
: Preparation of Conservation Management Plans within the guidelines of the NSW Heritage Office. These plans evaluate the existing heritage value of a property, and outline the future management to allow the property to manage the heritage values while allowing development within the guidelines
:Restoration of heritage properties, including managing existing assets/fabrics including buildings, outbuildings, gardens and associated infrastructure. Includes visual impact, subdivision pattern, historical influence and landscape elements.
:Preparation of visual impact statement, including impacts from subdivisions, rezoning and general developments or redevelopments
